Privacy policy

What we collect

Your email, an optional name, a securely hashed password, and your study activity — progress, streaks, quiz results, and oral-prep answers. That’s what makes the product work; we don’t collect more than that.

What we do with it

Run the service. Your oral-prep answers are sent to an AI grading service (Anthropic) to be graded and are not used to train their models per our API agreement. When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be handled by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, run ads, or share your information with anyone except the service providers above (hosting, database, AI grading, payments) that make the product function.

Deleting your data

Email us at tailwindaviationstudyjournal@gmail.com from your account email and we’ll delete your account and its data.
