Takeoffs and landings are the most-watched part of any checkride. Examiners aren’t grading whether you can fly the plane — they’re grading whether you make the right decisions under pressure. Wind correction, runway selection, go-around criteria, and the discipline to abort when something feels wrong matter more than a textbook landing.
